Been here, done that. Actually, many times before. One classic example was my going overseas (yes, overseas to another Continent) to join a certain boy, only to never see him again after 14 days of sunshine and travel. Ever again. Things go up, then suddenly....come to a halt. What the?
Leaves you wondering a few things like:
A: why did i go overseas (in my case this is haha) - lesson is to not rush things
B: what did i do wrong?
C: what happened to change things?
D: how could he NOT want me, really?...
and similar questions.
I think the answer is different every time, obviously...could be the guy and his situation, maybe he's a player and was a player all along and just wanted to have a few weeks or months with you - then wants no more commitment, - or maybe you genuinely weren't suited for a longer term thing - we are all so choosy, and transient and independent these days aren't we.
