welcome to the dating fix blog...

Fix your dating, basically... Finally, a place for women to vent about all things boys/men/dating...we are talking discussing past disasters or dating woes, discussing current dating prospects, or just general procrastination and chit chat re: the topic of love.

i truly think, that between me and my girlfriends, there is not a stone unturned when it has come to dating experiences, - we've seen it all - experienced it all, - and for those who arent lucky to have already found 'him', are actually starting to become a little jaded about matters of the heart i think.

im hopeless of late in this department, not exactly sure why, but i honestly think ive been hit by the bad luck stick when it comes to romance, or maybe im just constantly (and we are talking connnnstantly) in the wrong place at the wrong time, or right place at the wrong time, or wrong place and the right time...and the few times i am at the right place at the right time...the opponent (insert male's name), isn't.

I am originally from interstate, having moved from melbourne, to sunny Sydney 3.5 yrs ago - so it is quite interesting noticing the differences between the two States when it come to relationships. So far, and im not alone in thinking this, - Sydney has proved 'not that great' when it comes to a selection of nice, eligible men. Most of my mates here, are single. in fact, i think only 1 or 2 are actually in a relationship. Whereas Melbourne, south of the border, - i don't think i have one single friend... is this a coincidence, possibly, but then, - i am starting to believe it isnt.

There are so many humorous stories to do with relationships up here in Sydney - and this is a spot to anonymously discuss, and vent. Think "Sam in The City" column,  mixed with all those dating books (we all know we've glanced at a few at least)...

It's not that i or my girlfriends are by any means desperate, i just think we are both amazed and shocked by some things men do to us when dating (i have heard some very very funny stories), and sometimes need advice (as perhaps we are the ones doing something wrong?). hmmmmm, food for thought hey......
